I live in a condo, and no matter how often we cleaned, I was always stuffed up. Dust covered everything, my sleep was poor, and I even started snoring. My son, only 10 at the time, was showing the same symptoms.
One day, after our “annual filter change,” I saw how filthy the filter was — and realized we’d been breathing that air every day. I started changing the filter every 60 days, and it was an improvement… but it still wasn’t enough.
That’s when I noticed something else: my dryer was taking forever to dry, and the laundry room always felt hot and dusty — like the air was trapped. Then the bathroom started telling its own story. The mirror stayed foggy long after showers, and there was a musty smell that didn’t go away.
